Babes Without Babes was formed in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in September 2004. This group is for women 35, and older, who do not have children (maternal, adopted or step) and who want to connect with other women living the same lifestyle. To become a member, simply attend our Mingles held on the third Friday of every month from 5 pm - 7 pm at some of the city's finer dining establishments. We socialize, share thoughts and acquire new friendships. Following the Mingle, many of the members continue to socialize and stay for dinner. There is no membership fee to join Babes Without Babes although in order to fund our activities, we do hold some form of fundraising at our Mingles such as 50/50 draws, auctions, raffles, etc. These fund raisers are optional and a very minimal cost to those who want to participate. Our website is a great place to connect with the group once you have joined. All members will have access to a code protected database which will allow you another opportunity to network with current members.
